Steps to Join
Getting Started
Step 1: Fill out the Scouts BSA Application and pay the national fees.
The application will add in an optional "Scouts Life" magazine into the registration. You may remove it from the registration if you like.
Click on the blue button above to fill out the application.
Step 2: Pay the remaining dues directly to the Pack.
Dues vary slightly from year to year so check with the pack leadership to see how much additional is owed.

Step 3: Get Connected
Once you sign up, a leader will add you to our listserve and other communication tools we use to get up to date information on activities and events.
Step 4: Accept Scout Book Invitation
You will receive an invitation from a leader to Scout book. This is a website that will track your child's achievements and how they receive awards. The awards are entered by your Den leader.
Step 5: Fill out Annual Medical Form for all Family Members participating in events
This is required each year for every family member at our events in case of an emergency.
Step 6: Purchase Cub Scout Uniform
Visit Uniforms and Materials for details on what to purchase.
This can be purchased online at scoutshop.org or at the Local Scout Shop at the Heard Scout Pueblo Trading Post.
